Bodog looses Domain name!

Due to lawsuit against the huge online gambling site Bodog, which Bodog didn´t respond to (since they´re not a US company), 2 days ago apperently some dude seized control of Bodog´ domain names from ENOM. What a huge news - how can anyone be so blatant, to do something like this? I really hope Bodog gets their domains back, since they are a great site, and definetly one of the best pokerrooms around!
