Jerry Yang, Hero!
Another WSOP Main Event is over, and once more, there was no real pro in sight at the final table (hat tip to Scotty Ngyuen though, finishing right on the bubble…).
Once again it was an amateur who takes the bracelet, and the enormous 8.2 million in prize money! Jerry Yang just starting playing poker about 2 years ago, and already he won the most prestigious title in the poker world - not bad! Although he was being lucky more then just once on the final table, you still got to give him huge credit, for even making it this far. And give him even more credit for announcing to donate about 10 percent of his winnings to different organisations - nice going!
All in all, it was a really great World Series of Poker this year, and unlike last year a worthy Main Event Champion! Go Jerry!
